Cooper turned one today!! When did he get to be so big?! Unfortunately, he still isn’t feeling very good (darn flu)and wasn’t very excited about his cake. We tried to put him in his highchair to eat his cake, but that just led to the poor boy crying like crazy. So, we took turns holding him while he tried his cake. He was very shy about it in the beginning and he didn’t eat very much of it. Scott fed him most of what he ate. (I secretly called him the icing pusher. Shhh. Don’t tell him ) He did give some smiles but I’d have to say he was overall unimpressed with his first birthday cake. After a quick bath, he was ready for bed. No presents. No major fanfare. Just celebrating with the people who can’t live without him
